Delete your account

In the app

1. Open PlateScan and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email support@platescan.ai from the address you signed in with and we’ll delete it for you.

What’s deleted

Your profile, meals and subscription record are permanently deleted, and your sign-in identity is removed. Feedback messages are anonymised. Crash reports expire after 90 days. Photos and audio are never kept after analysis.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
